Let me start by saying my partner, Stan Swyden, and I are new to the restaurant world. After a considerable amount of thought and analysis, we selected Capriotti's Sandwich Shop as the right franchise for us and for the Tulsa market. Capriotti's corporate stressed to us how important it was to get a quality construction company to perform our buildout. Stan and I called Chris and he was very impressive, detailing his experience with similar projects; including several QuickTrip and Burger King builds.
